Our Story

We Are ICON Church.

Our goal is to provide best impressions that cultivate an atmosphere where people can experience Jesus, develop a hunger to connect with one another, and become iconic in growing, going, serving, and giving.

An ICON is a representation of someone or something. As ICON Church, we believe our calling is to represent Christ in the world.

Genesis 1:26–28 tells us that humanity was created in the image and likeness of God. Colossians 1:15 describes Jesus as the image of the invisible God.

The ICON Life is being iconic in going, growing, serving, and giving. Being iconic is simply representing Jesus in everyday life.

Jesus represented the Father. We represent Him. He is THE ICON.

What We Believe

Our faith is rooted in Scripture and centered on Jesus Christ. Explore the foundational beliefs that shape life and ministry at ICON Church.

Faith is meant to be lived.

We believe the Holy Bible is the authoritative Word of God and the final standard for doctrine, truth, belief, behavior, and our hope for the future.

We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe Jesus Christ is God the Son, fully God and fully man. He lived without sin, died for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended to the Father, and will return.

Humanity's hope of redemption is found in Jesus Christ. Salvation is God's gift of grace received through faith.

We believe followers of Jesus are continually transformed through God's Word and the work of the Holy Spirit.

We believe the Holy Spirit lives in believers and empowers the Church to fulfill the mission of Jesus.

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ and every believer has a meaningful place in that body.

We practice water baptism following faith in Jesus Christ and celebrate the Lord's Supper in remembrance of Christ's sacrifice.

We believe in God's provision for healing, the bodily resurrection, eternal life, eternal judgment, and the return of Jesus Christ.

Tony & LaShea Colson.

Pastors Tony and LaShea Colson lead ICON Church with a shared passion for helping people experience Jesus, grow in their faith, discover their purpose, and represent Christ in everyday life.

Pastor Tony is a pastor, teacher, author, leadership developer, and educator with experience in pastoral ministry, church planting, discipleship, leadership development, and higher education.

Pastor LaShea serves alongside Tony in leading and caring for the ICON Church family, encouraging people in their faith and helping create a church culture centered on Jesus, connection, family, and purpose.
