What Is iConnect?

Discipleship Happens in Relationship.

iConnect creates smaller environments where people can move beyond simply attending church and begin growing together.

In an iConnect Small Group, a facilitator guides conversation using discussion questions connected to Sunday's message. The goal isn't another sermon or traditional Bible study. The goal is conversation, application, prayer, and helping one another live out God's Word.

iConnect Courses provide another way to grow. Instead of following the Sunday message, a course works through approved material centered around a specific area of spiritual growth and discipleship.

We don't want the Word to stop when the Sunday message ends. We want it to become part of how we live.

Small Groups continue the conversation from Sunday's message. Facilitators use a provided discussion guide to help the group go deeper into Scripture and talk about how the message applies to daily life.

02 • Focused Growth

iConnect Courses

Approved Course Material → Intentional Growth

iConnect Courses create space to focus more intentionally on a specific area of biblical growth or discipleship using an approved course plan.

Some courses may run longer than a standard iConnect semester depending on the material.

What Happens at iConnect?

iConnect isn't designed to become another Sunday service. The facilitator helps create conversation so everyone has room to participate.

Revisit key Scripture, ideas or quotes from the Sunday message or the selected iConnect Course.

Talk About It

Discuss questions together and explore how biblical truth connects with real situations, choices and relationships.

Identify practical action steps. The question isn't only, “What did I learn?” but also, “How should this change the way I live?”

Pray for Each Other

Make room to share needs, encourage one another and pray together.

Build Relationships

Connection isn't limited to the meeting. Groups build relationships through meals, coffee, activities and simply spending time together.

What to Expect

You Can Start Right Where You Are.

You don't have to know everyone, know the Bible perfectly, or be a member of ICON Church before joining an iConnect.

Everyone Is Welcome

iConnect Groups are open to everyone. ICON Church membership is not required.

Smaller by Design

Groups are designed to remain small enough for people to participate, develop relationships and genuinely know one another.

Weekly Rhythm

Most groups meet weekly during semesters, typically about eight weeks, with breaks between semesters.

30–90 Minutes

Most meetings range from approximately 30 to 90 minutes depending on the group and gathering.

Meet Almost Anywhere

Groups can meet at church, in homes, cafés, workplaces or other settings. It's the people who make the iConnect.

Real Relationships

The goal is for relationships and biblical conversation to continue beyond the scheduled group meeting.

Connected People Serve Together.

iConnect isn't only about what happens inside the group. Healthy community should move outward.

Groups are encouraged to find practical ways to serve others and connect with the community in the name of Jesus.
